I love all my roles in life! I am a mom of 3, community volunteer, wife, sister, friend, and real estate managing broker.  As a real estate advocate in Washington and California, I partner with my clients to strategize and achieve their goals.

I'm second generation in a family of successful real estate investors, property managers and brokers. I'm excited to already be teaching the next generation the tricks of the trade.  

My skills from Apple, Walmart.com, Amazon.com and boot strap start ups; married with my expertise in the family real estate business allow me to deliver above and beyond expectations.   No matter where in the world, the principles of real estate stay the same.  Location, location, location is essential and using data to your advantage puts you in the power position!  I bring expert knowledge of the market, execution and strong negotiation skills that will make the difference.
