Sabina is by far the best agent I have worked with. She is so patient and helpful throughout the process. She knows the market very well and because of that she always advises on what’s the fair market value of a property. She didn’t just treat this as a transaction as what other agents would do. Instead, she always think from our perspective as if she’s the one who is buying the home. I know there’re other agents who would have pushed us to get it faster (so they can get the commission faster) by bidding way beyond the asking price, and I’m so grateful Sabina is not one of them.
